Getmancar’s carsharing achievements for 2023
Our results in 2023 were great, but we know we can do even better! So, we decided to share with you all the Getmancar innovations that were developed and implemented in 2023.
- We launched carsharing in Georgia. Now our old and new customers can get service from our company in 2 cities: Tbilisi and Batumi.
Now the company operates in 4 cities and 2 countries. - There were a lot of new features added to the App that were previously unavailable, namely:
- now there is available not only a bonus account, but also a balance account, which can be replenished and make trips;
- there is a service of "favorite cars" - now you can add any car to your "favorites" and find it when it is free;
- expanded filter functionality - now you can choose not only by brand and gearbox; as well as, set many convenient parameters, such as branding, and additional comfort features;
- introduced the ability to view real photos of the car before deciding whether to book it or not;
- for convenience in car search you can find and view photos from the last car rental, which will simplify the orientation on the ground;
- car warm-up function - now it turns off automatically and also automatically activates. you don't have to say whether you want it or not, it starts automatically;
- during the trip you can leave feedback on the car, for example, to indicate that you do not like something;
- you can also add a review after the trip, if you forgot something, if you want to thank the service or vice versa;
- a card of statistics of your trips has appeared - now you can see your results of trips directly on the graph;
- we have a game quest, performing the tasks of which, you just get bonuses for free trips.
- The number of users increased by more than 10%
- The number of orders grew by 40%, which gave a significant boost compared to 2022, which we attribute to the return of a significant number of users to Ukraine, including to the cities where we have car fleets, compared to the period of 2022, when there was a significant outflow of population.
Overall, the carsharing market has performed much better than in 2022. We can safely say that despite all the circumstances, the market is regaining its position. Unlike car rental, carsharing in Ukraine is fully returning to its pre-war dynamics.
